Shipping & returns
We will ship your order every week on Tuesday untill Friday. For example if you place a order on Thursday it will be shipped the next week on Tuesday because we have to order the green for the flower wreaths. At the end of the week we order new plants so we can produce and send it the next week. You will get an notice from the shipment provider. Shipping is provided by DPD in a postal parcel.
We take all possible care when shipping our products. Is the product damaged when it arrive? Send us a picture of the damage and in consultation we will review what the best solution: exchange or compensate.

Wreaths are fresh product and cannot be returned. We deliver 100% quality products only. If you feel the wreath does not live up to the quality expectations, please contact us. We always provide a suitable solution.
